Sumiya is located at Orchard Central. Although Sashimi doesn't serve from counter but it was fresh!

Singapore have been always introducing seasonal flavors. This time they will be
introducing 2 new flavors – Umadare and Yang Yeum.
Umadare
gives off a tangy taste which is somehow indescribable. You got to try it
yourself. Sour, sweet or both? I seriously have no idea! LOLS! Perhaps, you end
up saying “OISHII!”
Yang Yeum, being a Korean addict, I’ve got to
say when I receive this sponsored post and willing to accept is because I want
to see how KFC surprise me with Korean fried chicken! Yang Yeum would gives you
a sweet and spicy taste that you would say “Mashisseoyo! (맛있어요)”
I would recommend everyone to try at least once of both flavours, before giving your verdict. And of course, my choice would be Yang Yeum flavour. I enjoy eating spicy food. And as much as you would say "anything with cheese is good", I would go "anything spicy is good".

A recent dining which join in the food fun. Monochrome Fusion Bistro is more a themed cafe. Black and white is what you see. And continue the post, you shall see it being reflected in one of their signature dish.
